Advantage:

1. High resilience with low compression set.

2. flame resistance.

3. Compounds free of sulphur are easily made.

4. Animail and vegetable oil resistance.

5. Not affected by moderate chemicals, fats, greases and many oils and solvents.



Disdvantage:


1. Not recommended for strong oxidizing acids, esters, ketones, chlorinated aromatic and nitro hydrocarbons.
