- Inquiry of Extruder
We are urgently looking for an extruder for rubber material extruding. The specifications and requirements are listed as follows:
1.Extrusion output: less than 500g/batch
2.For the extrusion of cylindrical strips with diameter of D = 1.0~7.5mm, with tolerance of กำ0.05mm
3.Heating / Cooling device (2 zones: 1 zone extruder barrel, 1 zone extruder screw)
4.AC motor speed to be adjustable via control panel (please advise adjustment range)
5.Extrusion left over should be less than 200g.
6.Output to be approximately 700-1000g/hr
7.Extrusion head, screw, and tube must be able to be easily installed, dismounted and cleaned.
8.Corrosion/rust resistant material to be used in the construction of the extruder.
9.The extruder must be able to operate on materials with hardness up to 80 Shore A.
